Based on the design principles of the ARRIMAX, the new Arri M18 HMI Lamphead is an innovative lamphead that works with a new power class of lamp: the 1800W SE HMI™. Now the "Brightest HMI you can plug into the wall,"* the M18 is a lensless, open face lighting fixture that combines the desired light distribution from the optics of a PAR and a Fresnel fixture. The unique ARRIMAX reflector design creates diverging rays to produce a crisp shadow.

M40 HMI Head

Like all members of the M-Series, the Arri M40 HMI Head unifies the advantages of a PAR light and a Fresnel fixture. Due to the unique lerns-less Max Technology, the unit is open face and thus very bright, but also focussable over a range of 18-52° HPA, casting a crisp shadow. The reflector characteristics is optimized for 4000 W lamps, but can also be used with 2500 W lamps.

The lamphead is equipped with a CCL module (compensation for cable loss). When operated with the new ARRI EB 2.5/4 kW with CCL, full power is maintained all the way to the lamp even when very long cables are used. This means uniformly high light output independent from cable length.

The Joker Bug 800 wattage was chosen to complete a range with a logical one stop increase between each model. In a lightbank the 800 W Bug-Lite gives more output and a better spread than a regular PAR 1200 W.

Use the frosted beaker to soften the light quality emitted from the fixture.

The Joker-Bug 800W HMI 2 Light Kit was chosen to complete a range with a logical one stop increase between each model. In a light bank the 800 W Bug-Lite gives more output and a better spread than a regular PAR 1200 W.

The 2 kit cases have ample room for all the included components and accessories. Add optional light stands of your choice to complete this kit.
