The Fujifilm X30 is a lightweight premium 12 MP mirrorless camera featuring the X-Trans CMOS II and EXR Processor II sensor and loaded with features perfect for travel and capturing everyday life.
The body is an upgraded version of the Fujifilm X20 with a larger handgrip and features a tilting 3.0-inch 920K-dot LCD monitor to allow you to easily shoot with the camera above and below you. The X20 also utilizes a 2.36 million-dot high-definition OLED Live View finder. The brightness of the finder automatically adjusts to the scene or can be set manually, allowing a range of shots only possible when shooting with a viewfinder. This finder boasts the world's shortest display lag time of a mere 0.005 seconds.
The camera was built to be used, with intuitive classic dials for exposure compensation and shutter speeds, an on-lens control ring for aperture and shutter speed, as well as a manual zoom ring. The rear of the body was laid out with quick access to the common features you demand.
Equipped with a bright and compact wide-angle to telephoto 7.1-28.4mm f/2-2.8 lens (35mm equivalent of 28-112mm), the Fujifilm X30 was built to give remarkable edge-to-edge sharpness and clarity. Designed with three aspherical and two ED elements, the Fujifilm X30 gives extremely clear images with reduced ghosting and flare and produces pleasingly beautiful bokeh. The EXR Processor II equipped X-Trans sensor increases the abilities of the X30 by allowing an extended ISO range from 100 up to 12800 for continued fast performance at 12 fps in low light conditions. It has a start-up time of approx. 0.5 seconds. This camera features a shutter speed of up to 1/4000 sec. This allows you to shoot with wide apertures even in bright sun to create beautiful bokeh effects.

The Fujifilm X30 supports full HD recording 1920 x 1080p at 60fps with a 36Mbps bit-rate. This high bitrate allows for smooth video with greater clarity.
